Time Management?

Well, we have gotten through the first month of school and whatnot!  I forget in the lazy days of summers that fall is furious and everything is go-go-go!
Jack has done well at school.  In fact, he LOVES it and nothing make me more proud when he comes home with a tidbit of information on something he learned.  Like the day he came home with a picture of cats he had drawn with the word, "bad" written across it.  When I asked what it was he looked at me, as if to say, "DUH!", and said, "Bad Cats and that says 'bad.'"  I just wanted to cry-he's learning and growing and getting through!
I am trying not to be a helicopter mom, but I think it is too late for that.  I think I check his grades twice a day, everyday and I am constantly bugging his teacher!  I need to quit and back off!  But isn't this my job?!
Stephen is doing well with potty training and, hopefully, soon will be diaper/pull up free!  But we will see what happens next week!
Nicholas is crawling and trying to balance himself to stand up!  He goes to the doctor next week and we will get his stats.  He is getting over a stomach virus, but passed it on to Stevie who I am sure will pass it on to Jack, then Jim and me!
I am completing my first class for my masters.  It was new and different, and, boy, did I learn!  Unfortunately, I haven't been the best at keeping up with my other school work and so I am still trying to figure out this time management thing.  BTW, Why is it called "time management" when it should be called "life management"?
And, then, Jim goes hunting the last days of September!  I have a HUGE paper due next week, the kids are getting sick, and I am tired!
LIFE!
Here's to a Happy Fall!  See you at Halloween!
